With a budget exceeding $1 million and over 350 screens, this platform required meticulous attention to both backend infrastructure and frontend precision. I designed a scalable API to support high traffic and ensured the frontend matched UX and design specifications exactly, delivering a seamless experience. Through careful server setup and CI/CD pipelines, the deployment and maintenance process was streamlined for stability and efficiency. Today, Rubberduck serves thousands of users daily, demonstrating the high performance and reliability we achieved.

Jobeo is an innovative job-search platform blending the video-centric approach of TikTok with the functionality of a job board. Taking over an existing codebase made this project particularly challenging, yet highly rewarding. With over 250 screens across mobile and web, Jobeo includes separate apps for employees and employers, enabling video creation, editing, and modification directly within the app. With a budget of approximately $350k, I served as the product owner, guiding development and ensuring seamless video functionality, while also contributing to the programming. Jobeo stands as a dynamic, interactive tool, connecting job seekers and employers in a unique, engaging way.

Alarm ID, developed for PST, is a robust desktop application designed to monitor fluid types and levels in oil tanks and pipelines. As both product owner and technical lead, I oversaw the integration with hardware to gather real-time data, which the app then displays in an accessible, user-friendly format. Alarm ID also includes extensive notification features to alert users of potential issues with tanks and pipelines, ensuring proactive monitoring and response. This project combined technical challenges in hardware interfacing and software design, making it a comprehensive solution for industrial fluid management.

MarketPros is a responsive web app startup aimed at transforming the real estate ecosystem by directly connecting customers with highly qualified, vetted, and reviewed real estate agents. This project involved building two responsive web apps tailored to link potential homeowners with trusted agents seamlessly. As both product owner and technical lead, I managed every aspect from initial concept through deployment, also contributing to the programming. With a budget of $160k and approximately 80-100 screens, the project extended slightly beyond the schedule but was completed within budget, delivering a streamlined and user-centric solution for real estate connections.
